   Fantastic experience in organising our valuation report for Help to Buy. Contacted them via email and the lovely Lisa responded super quickly and with a great price.    I've not had a lot of experience with house surveys but Winfields Chartered Surveyors & Valuers delivered a report beyond my expectations. Winfields wasn't the cheapest option but based on good feelings of my initial communications with them and the amount of qualifications held compared to competitors I decided to proceed. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent. During the survey photos were taken of everything giving a great picture of the condition of the property. The report was very detailed and informative and has highlighted some small repairs/maintenance that I wouldn't of known about until too late. I hopefully wont move again in the near future but if I do I will definitely seek Winfields services again.
