As a firm of chartered surveyors, with years of expeince, we assist on property disputes including the following:

Increasingly, disputes will be settled by mediation more than any other method,  with staff qualified in this process.

Our Director, Tom Winfield, is regularly invovled as a Valuation Expert, in professional negligence cases involving property-related professionals, including valuers, solicitors, architects, engineers and building contractors.

Winfields is also regularly instructed to assist with matrimonial matters, disputes involving covenants, rights of way, failures by landlords to repair and other contractual issues. We act for both claimants and defendants and are frequently instructed as Single Joint Experts.

WE DO NOT deal with expert witness claims in relation to poorworkmanship from builders.
